Vegetarian Wrap Pizzas

90 ml tomato sauce
2 teaspoons garlic, finely grated
2 green chillies, finely chopped
250 grams brown mushrooms, finely sliced
3/4 red capsicum/pepper, cut julienne
3/4 green capsicum/pepper, cut julienne
1 red onion, finely sliced
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon black pepper
1 can/400 grams black beans
1 1/2 cups mozzarella, grated
1 1/2 cups cheddar cheese, grated
1 teaspoon oregano
Step 1: Prepare a large oven tray and preheat the oven to 200 °C without fan.
Step 2: Place 1 tablespoon of tomato sauce on each wrap and spread out, leaving the edges exposed.
Step 3: Add a bit of chilli and garlic over the tomato sauce base.
Step 4: Add a little bit of each of the veggies to each wrap and season with salt and pepper.
Step 5: Add about 1 to 2 tablespoons of the black beans to each wrap.
Step 6: Mix the cheeses and then add to each wrap.
Step 7: Sprinkle over some oregano then place in the oven until the cheeses has melted.
Step 8: Remove from the oven and serve hot.
