Ingredient List:

340 grams/2 cans of tuna, drained

1 avocado, cut into cubes

1 carrot, grated or roughly chopped

1/2 cucumber, cut into rings

1 tablespoon lemon juice

1/4 teaspoon salt

1/4 teaspoon pepper

Method:

Step 1: To assemble your salad, add about 1/4 of the tuna to a bowl. 

Step 2: Add 1/4 avo, some of the grated carrot and cucumber rings. 

Step 3: Season with a pinch of salt, pepper and some of the lemon juice. 

Serve with some chilli mayo or low sodium soy sauce.
