Spicy Roast Veg

 

Ingredient List: 

1 packet (500 grams) roasting vegetables

4 corn on the cobs 

1/2 teaspoon paprika

1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper

1/2 teaspoon salt

3 dessert spoons olive oil

Method: 

Step 1: Preheat oven to 180 °C without fan.

Step 2: Add vegetables to a large bowl,

Step 3: Add spices, oil and salt and mix well.

Step 4: Place in the oven for 30 minutes or until vegetables are soft and caramelised. 

Serve hot.
