1/2 cup sweetened or natural peanut butter
1 to 2 tablespoons of brown sugar
2 red chillies, finely chopped
2 tablespoons rice vinegar or lemon juice
1 tablespoon ginger, finely grated
2 1/2 teaspoons garlic, finely grated
2 tablespoons soy sauce
3 to 4 tablespoons warm water
Step 1: Place all of the ingredients except the sugar into a bowl.
Step 2: Mix well and add 1 tablespoon of sugar.
Step 3: Mix again. If you're using unsweetened or natural peanut butter you may require another tablespoon of sugar.
Step 4: If you desire a thinner consistency, add more water, but very little at a time.
Step 5: Mix well and use a dip or in your stir fries.
