Nando's Flavoured Roast Chicken

Ingredient List (Chicken):
2 tablespoons oil
2 tablespoons butter
1.5 kg chicken pieces
2 teaspoons chicken/bbq spice
3 teaspoons garlic, finely grated
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon ground cumin
Ingredient List (Sauce):
1/4 cup Nando's Hot Sauce
1/4 cup Nando's Lemon and Herb sauce
1 cup double cream yoghurt
2 tablespoons tomato sauce
Step 1: Place a large pot over a medium to high heat.
Step 2: Add oil and butter.
Step 3: Once butter has melted, add chicken and cook for 5 minutes.
Step 4: Add the garlic, spices and salt.
Step 5: Reduce heat to low/medium, cover with a lid and cook for 30 minutes or until the chicken is cooked.
Step 6: Once the chicken is cooked, place it into a large oven proof dish.
Step 7: Pre heat oven to 180 °C, fan assisted.
Step 1: Place all the ingredients into a medium sauce pan.
Step 2: Place the sauce pan over a low to medium heat.
Step 3: Stir continuously and allow the sauce to come to a boil and slightly thicken (about 5 to 7 minutes).
Step 4: Pour the sauce over the chicken.
Step 5: Place the chicken into the oven for 20 minutes.
Step 6: Remove from the oven and serve with your favourite salad and wedges.
