My current workout routine

My workout routine currently consists of 4 to 5 workouts a week. Each workout is at least 30 minutes. 

While this is not my end goal, the journey to get here took a months. Starting slow and steady was key, and being consistent was not a question. 

Here is my current weekly routine:

  1. ​2 runs of at least 30 minutes. I currently do my runs at the gym.

  2. 3 high intensity workouts. All of which are from the fiton app. Here are my favourites. 

    • 35 min 'Adrenaline HIIT' by Danielle Pascente​

    • 34 min 'HIIT IT' by Danielle Pascente

    • 34 min 'Total Body Conditioning' by Danielle Pascente

    • 31 min 'Total Body Burnout' by Danielle Pascente

    • 35 min 40/20 HIIT by Daniella Pascente
