Fried Fish and Stir Fried Veg

Ingredient List (Fried Fish):

500 grams fish, cut into pieces

3 teaspoons ready made fish marinade

2 tablespoons cornflour

1/2 teaspoon salt

2 tablespoons oil

Ingredient List (Stir Fried Veg):

2 tablespoons oil

1 teaspoon garlic, finely chopped

1 red onion, roughly chopped

1 green pepper, sliced into strips

1 red pepper, sliced into strips

1 yellow pepper, sliced into strips

350 grams coleslaw salad

1/2 teaspoon salt

1/2 teaspoon pepper

1 teaspoon worcester sauce

1 teaspoon fish sauce

1 teaspoon soy sauce

Method (Fried Fish):

Step 1: Marinate fish in the fish marinade.   

Step 2: Cover and place it in the fridge for 2 hours. 

Step 3: In a bowl, add cornflour and salt. 

Step 4: Place a large griddle or regular non stick pan on a medium heat.  

Step 5: Add 2 tablespoons oil.    

Step 6: Once oil is hot, add fish and cook for 3 to 4 minutes on each side or until cooked. 

Method (Stir Fried Veg):

Step 1: Place a wok or pan over a medium to high heat. 

Step 2: Add oil.

Step 3: Add onion and garlic sauté for 3 to 5 minutes.

Step 4: Add veg and cook on a high heat for 5 to 7 minutes. 

Step 5: Add sauces and cook another 2 minutes or a medium heat. 

Step 6: Remove from the heat and serve with fried fish.
