Egg Fried Rice

Ingredient List:
2 tablespoons oil
1/2 onion, finely sliced
1 teaspoon garlic, finely chopped
2 green chillies, finely chopped
3 large eggs, lightly whisked
1 1/2 cup frozen peas
1 1/2 teaspoons soy sauce
1 1/2 teaspoons fish sauce
3 cups cooked rice (+-1 1/2 cups uncooked rice)
2 tablespoons of water
20 grams spinach leaves
10 grams spring onions, roughly chopped
Method:
Step 1: Place a large wok or pan on a medium heat then add oil.
Step 2: Add onion, garlic and chilli and sauté till onion is soft.
Step 3: Add eggs and salt and keep stirring till eggs are cooked.
Step 4: Add sauces, rice, peas and mix well. Cover with a lid and cook for 7 to 10 minutes.
Step 5: Stir in spinach and spring onions and serve hot!
