Chicken Tacos

Ingredient List:

500 grams chicken, cut into very thin strips

1/2 teaspoon cumin

1 teaspoon paprika

1 1/2 teaspoons salt

3 tablespoons lemon juice

1 tablespoon cooking oil

8 tortilla wraps

80 grams cabbage, finely chopped

1 small cucumber, finely diced

1 small tomato, finely diced

1/2 red onion

250 ml sour cream

freshly smashed jalapeno avo

10 grams coriander, finely chopped

Method: 

Step 1: Marinate chicken in spices, 1 teaspoon salt and 2 tablespoons lemon juice. No need to refrigerate. 

Step 2: In a medium sized pot add oil.

Step 3: Add chicken, cover with a lid and cook for 7 to 10 minutes or until chicken is cooked.

Step 4: Heat each wrap in a dry pan for around 10 seconds.

Step 5: Season the cabbage and cucumber with the rest of the lemon juice and salt.

Step 6: To assemble your tacos, add some of the cabbage, cucumber, onion, tomato, chicken followed by a few dollops of the avo and sour cream, 

Step 7: Add coriander and serve immediately.
