Chicken and Avo Wrap

Ingredient List:

2 chicken breasts, cut into thin strips

1/2 teaspoon barbeque spice

pinch of salt

1/4 teaspoon pepper

1 tablespoon lemon juice

1/4 teaspoon chilli flakes

1 large avocado, cut into cubes

1 carrot, grated or roughly chopped

20 grams baby spinach leaves

2 tablespoons honey and mustard dressing

4 multi-seed wraps

Method:

Step 1: Marinate chicken in barbeque spice. salt, pepper and lemon juice. 

Step 2: Cover and refrigerate for 20 minutes. 

Step 3: Using a grill pan (you can use a normal pan too). grill chicken for 3 to 5 minutes or until chicken is cooked.

Step 4: Heat wraps in a dry pan for 30 seconds on each side. 

Step 5: Fill wraps by adding spinach leaves, cucumber, carrot, chicken and avo. 

Step 6: Drizzle with honey and mustard dressing. 

Step 7: Fold your wrap, then place it back in the warm pan to seal the wrap. Serve immediately.
