BBQ Chicken Kebabs and Greek Salad

Ingredient List:

650 grams BBQ marinated chicken kebabs

1/2 english cucumber, roughly chopped

1/2 red onion, thinly sliced

200 grams cherry tomatoes

200 grams olives

100 grams feta

Ingredient List (Greek Salad Dressing):

1/4 cup olive oil

1 teaspoon oregano

Juice of 1 lemon 

1 teaspoon of mustard sauce (optional)

1 garlic clove, finely minced

salt and pepper to taste

Method:

Step 1: Place your kebabs either in the air fryer or in the oven and cook for 7 minutes on 180°C.

Step 2: Empty out the marinade and keep aside. 

Step 3: Turn over the kebabs and baste with some of the leftover sauce. 

Step 4: Cook for another 7 to 8 minutes or until the chicken is cooked and slightly charred. 

Step 5: Add the salad ingredients to a bowl and mix.  

Step 6: Pour over the dressing and enjoy alongside these delicious kebabs.  

Method (Dressing):

Step 1: Place all the ingredients into a bowl and mix. 

Step 2: Pour dressing over the salad and mix.
